MEKANISME PENERAPAN WISATA HALAL DALAM MENUNJANG OPERASIONAL KERJA DI WYNDHAM SUNDANCER RESORT LOMBOK
This research to find out the mechanism of applying the concept of halal tourism at Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok and the influence of the mechanism of applying the concept of halal tourism to work operations at Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok. This research was conducted by Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok with a total of 30 employees including managers of each department in the object of the study and a large sample of 30 respondents were central management, manager of each department and staff of each department of research Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok. The results of the study of halal tourism application that has been taken from 30 respondents can be concluded that as many as 11% of respondents answered strongly agree, then those who agreed agreed as much as 57%, who answered neutral as much as 12%, who answered less agreed as much as 17% and who stated very disagree as much as 3%. This means an indicator of the mechanism of halal tourism implementation which includes accommodation, food and beverages and salus per aqua effect. So these three indicators have a correlation between one another. Therefore, the results can be stated as a mechanism for halal tourism implementation affecting the operations of employees at Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok. Operational work with a sample of 30 respondents concluded that as many as 10% of respondents answered strongly agree, then those who answered agreed as much as 63%, who answered neutral as much as 24%, who answered less agree as much as 2% and who stated strongly disagree as much as 0%. Thus the results can be stated as operational work at Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok is good.
