Abstract

This research report is to find out the standard operating procedure of the front desk agent
and in the application of the standard operating procedure check out of the front desk agent when
serving guest at the Solia Hotel Yosodipuro Solo. The autor uses the method of collecting data from
observations, documentation and interviews with a research time of approximately 6 month starting
from september 13, 2021 to march 13, 2022. The results of the study that there were 6 point standard
operating procedure check out and from the result of the interview with the front desk agent staff it
was concluded that there were 3 points had not been implemented by the front desk agent staff in Solia
Hotel Yosodipuro Solo.
