Abstract

Communication is the core element of hotel industry. Thegood ability to communicatein written or oral form is very important for hoteliers. The researcher uses comparative study to examine the standard quality of hotel students. Through questionnaires the researcher wants to know the importance of English language skills for the students of AKPARTA Mandala Bhakti Surakarta. The objective of the study is to get more information and knowledge in order to make improvement in building better hospitality industry.
