Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impacts of facility, price, and services quality on guests’ satisfaction at Panti Pamardi Siwi Indah Guest House of Ngrambe in Ngawi Regency. This research is classified as a field research which is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used by the researcher were primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained from the interviews between the research with 10 guests who stayed in Panti Pamardi Siwi Indah Guest House during Covid-19 pandemic. The secondary data was obtained from the documentation of the Panti Pamardi Siwi Indah Guest House. The data collection technique was using interviews and documentation methods. The result of this research can be concluded that the guests were satisfied with the prices that are set by the manager of Panti Pamardi Siwi Indah Guest House during Covid-19 Pandemic. However, the guests weren’t satisfied with the facilities and services quality of Panti Pamardi Siwi Indah Guest House because they wernt in accordance with the CHSE (Cleanlinesss, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainable) guidelines
