Abstract
This research aims to analyze and identify effective hotel room sales strategies through the role of Front Desk Agent using online media at Hotel Surya Yudha, Banjarnegara. As technology continues to develop and consumer behavior changes, hotels need to adapt to innovative sales methods to increase room occupancy. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach involving Front Desk Agents as the main subject. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of hotel sales data. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into effective hotel room sales strategies through online media, as well as provide recommendations for improving the performance of Front Desk Agents in achieving sales targets. The practical implications of this research can help hotel management to strengthen their position in the increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry
