Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Standard Operating
Procedure Orientation Day For Trainee di Best Western Premier Solo Baru, untuk mengetahui tinjauan pelaksanaan Standard Operating Procedure
Orientation Day For Trainee terhadap Trainee Mobility Report di Best Western Premier Solo Baru, dan proses Trainee Mobility Report di Best Western Premier Solo Baru. Penulis menggunakan metode observasi, metode studi pustaka, metode kuesioner, dan metode dokumentasi untuk pengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan penulis selama 6 bulan mulai dari 20 Agustus 2018 sampai 19 Februari 2019 di Best Western Premier Solo Baru. Dari hasil penelitian didapat dari Standard Operating Procedure
Orientation Day For Trainee antara lain After having interviewed the trainee
candidate, as per result, Training Supervisor liaises with department user to
agree on the joining date, Training Supervisor will then issue letter on
interview result to be sent to the school, Orientation will take place in Meeting
Room in which Training Supervisor will share the following details, Training
Supervisor will refer and introduce the trainee to meet department user person
in charge for their 1st week of working schedule. Dari semua metode yang telah digunakan penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Training Supervisor sudah melaksanakan Standard Operating Procedure Orientation Day For Trainee di Best Western Premier Solo Baru yang dinilai oleh Human Resources Manager dan General Manager di Best Western Premier Solo Baru dengan presentase 100%.
