Abstract

This research is aims to know how much effect food quality and service quality has a
simultaneously impact on customers satisfaction, while food quality and service quality has a
partially effect on customers satisfaction in Sasono Bujono RestaurantLorin Solo Hotel.
This is a quantitative research with 60 respondents. This data was collected by a set
of questionnaire The samples were taken by random method with guest arrived. The testing
were done by SPSS 16.0 for windows software assistant.
The Result of analysis data show that simultaneously food quality and service quality
have significant impact on customers satisfaction, partially food quality and service quality
have significant impact on customers satisfaction in Sasono Bujono Restaurant Lorin Solo
Hotel.
